Hi, I’m Casey — the designer, maker, and cyclist behind Volari3D (formerly Print3DbyCase).

This all started with one goal: solve real problems with practical 3D-printed solutions.

What began as a side project to make bike accessories that actually worked has grown into a daily practice — designing and printing high-quality, functional gear for cyclists and triathletes.
